Our facilitators create a tailored program complete with a personal action plan, so you can apply the nuances of how to manage up, down and across the organisation to deliver results.

Ongoing support in your role

Ongoing support in your role

During the program, you will receive personal coaching to support your development. Upon completion of the program, you'll receive 4 months of mentoring to help you implement your new skills at work.

Embed learnings with workplace projects

We won't leave your learning up to guesswork. You’ll complete 2 diagnostic reports and 3 individual workplace projects so your learnings are discovered, practiced and embedded into real-world application.

What you will learn in this program

As a manager of managers, you must be a visionary, a trailblazer, a strategist, a communicator, a coach, a diplomat and a politician. You need to focus on the big picture and uphold high standards while wearing many hats.

IML ANZ’s Accelerate Program enables you to manage across the organisation with ease and impact. The program will equip you with both hard skills and people skills so you can master the competencies of effective leadership.

  • 6 face-to-face development days
  • 4 one-on-one coaching sessions
  • 2 sets of Genos 180° EI Leadership Feedback reports and IML 360 diagnostic reports (pre and post-program)
  • 3 workplace experiments focused on managing self, the team and the organisation
  • 4 months' mentoring and 3 workplace projects
  • 1-year professional Membership with IML ANZ
  • 12-month access to IML ANZ's online learning portal
